Egg stuffed roll: how to make this amazing meal

Ingredients:
6 medium eggs
40 g. of flour 00
20 g. potato starch
Q.b. of salt
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
150 g. of cooked ham
A jar of pickled vegetables in oil or vinegar
6 leaves of lettuce
Directions:
1. Divide the yolks from the whites.
2. Whisk the egg whites with the salt until stiff.
3. Mix the egg yolks with flour and potato starch.
4. Combine the two compounds and roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 356°F 8180°) for 15 minutes.
6. Let it cool with parchment paper.
7. Fill the roll and put it in the fridge two hours before serving.
