Coconut almond buns: the fluffy and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
Dough:
7 gr dry yeast
14 gr sugar
250 ml warm milk
500 gr flour
8 grams of vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
50 gr sugar
3 gr salt
42 gr melted butter
1 egg
Stuffed:
135 gr coconut flour
42 gr melted butter
1 egg
125 ml milk
50 gr sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and milk. Let it rest for 10/15 minutes.
2. Then add the flour, vanilla sugar (or vanilla), sugar, salt, butter and egg.
3. Form a loaf and let it rise for 60/90 minutes.
4. Filling: mix the coconut flour with butter, egg, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
5. Roll out the dough, stuff it and roll it up.
6. Cut the roll and let the cakes rest for 20-30 minutes.
7. Bake at 356°F(180°) for 20 minutes.
