Smart coffee ice cream: creamy and delightful, ready in no time!

You only need 3 ingredients to make a creamy ice cream in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
450ml (2 cups) whipping cream
40ml (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) instant coffee
200g (3/4 cup) condensed milk
Chocolate chips
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the whipping cream, instant coffee and mix with the mixer.
  2. Add the condensed milk and mix with the mixer until well combined. Stir with a spatula and add the mixture into the freezer for 2 hours.
  3. Create ice cream balls and add the chocolate chips on top.
