Chocolate brownies without oven: how to make this delicious recipe

Ingredients:
170 gr. almond flour
45 gr. cocoa
150 gr. honey
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
a pinch of salt
200 gr. cashews
Ganache:
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
5 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon of date syrup
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
5 tablespoons of milk
Directions:
1. Mix the almond flour, cashews, honey, vanilla essence, peanut butter and salt. Spread the mixture into a mold and leave in the fridge.
2. Ganache: In a bowl, mix the coconut oil with cocoa, syrup, vanilla and milk.
3. Cover the dough with ganache, almond flakes and leave in the fridge for an hour.
