Bread pizza: how to reuse stale bread with a simple but always good recipe!

This is the best way to use stale bread!
INGREDIENTS

50g (3 tbsp) tomato sauce
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
2g (2 tsp) oregano
Old bread 4 pcs
180ml (0.75 cup) water
1 egg
50g (0.5 cup) parmesan
Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
- Cut hard bread cut into slices, arrange it in a deeper bowl, then pour over with water and leave to soften. When the bread is soft, add one egg and mix everything.
- Press the bread into a pan, previously lined with baking paper, coat with tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano, arrange pieces of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake at 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
