Potato nests are the perfect appetizer recipe for a dinner with family or brunch. These baskets of shredded potatoes filled with yolks are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right balance of creaminess given by the yolks.

Super easy to make, you simply mix all the ingredients, shape a nest, pan-fry and add the filling to each one. You don't even need a muffin tin! You can even fill these crispy potato nests with hard-boiled eggs and some rocket or salad. It's just up to you!

You can also serve this tasty appetizer for a special occasion such as Easter. The shredded potato baskets are reminiscent of birds' nests, while the eggs recall the Easter symbol of rebirth. Your guests will love them!

Tips for making Shredded Potato Nests
