Raspberry tiramisù: the alternative and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
500g mascarpone
4 yolks
50g sugar
30g condensed milk
200ml cream
10g sugar
200g ladyfingers
RASPBERRY JUICE:
300g raspberries
1 lemon
100g sugar

Directions:
1. First make the raspberry juice. In a pan, cook the raspberries with lemon juice and sugar. Then set the raspberries aside and let the juice cool.
2. Cream: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone and condensed milk. Separately whip the cream with the sugar and add to the rasto.
3. Now assemble the tiramisu and leave in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
