Homemade egg pasta: the traditional dough ready in a few steps!

Here's an easy guide to make homemade pasta!
INGREDIENTS
300g (1 ¾ cup) flour;
3 large eggs.
METHOD
  1. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour 3 eggs in it.
  2. Start mixing with a fork adding small portions of flour from the sides of the well into eggs.
    When it starts to get hard to mix eggs with a fork, start kneading the dough with your hands. After around 10 minutes of kneading, you should have a smooth and silky dough.
  3. Wrap the dough in plastic and set it aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the dough into thirds, dust with flour and roll using a pasta machine on the widest setting. Fold the dough into 3 and run through the pasta machine on a little narrower setting.
  5. Continue to run the sheet of pasta until you get to the first or second to narrow setting.
  6. Cut the sheet in half, dust with flour, fold and slice into tagliatelle.
