How to prepare a delicious homemade ice cream

Ingredients:
2 sheets of isinglass
150 gr white chocolate
Milk to taste
250 ml fresh whipping cream
Dark or milk chocolate to garnish ice creams
Directions:
1. Put the gelatine in the water (15 minutes).
2. Heat the milk until it boils.
3. In a bowl put the white chocolate, the isinglass and pour the milk to melt everything.
4. Whip the cream and add the mixture with the white chocolate.
5. Pour everything into molds or glasses, insert the stick and place in the freezer overnight.
6. Melt the chocolate and dip the ice creams.
