Coconut and chocolate truffles: delicious with very few ingredients!

You only need 4 ingredients to make the most amazing coconut truffles ever! 
 
INGREDIENTS
190g (⅔ cup) greek yogurt;
200g (1 ¾ cup) coconut flour;
1 tsp (10 ml) liquid honey;
Dark chocolate for covering.
METHOD
  1. Mix yogurt with coconut flour and honey until a uniform mixture forms.
  2. Divide into 12 portions and roll each into a ball. Let the balls sit in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
  3. Put a toothpick into each truffle and dip in melted chocolate to cover. Let the excess drip off, then place on parchment and leave to set completely.
