3 ingredients sponge cake: very fluffy and fragrant!

You only need 3 ingredients to make the fluffiest cake ever!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs;
180 g (⅞ cup) sugar;
180 g (1 ½ cup) all-purpose flour.
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Slowly whisk in sifted flour, without releasing any air from the mixture.
  3. Pour into 20cm baking pan covered with parchment.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/330°F, then open the oven door and leave to cool down for 10 minutes.
