Fried zucchini rolls: absolutely irresistible!

A delicious way to prepare zucchini for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
100g mozzarella cubes
100g Speck
2-3 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Flour
1/3 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

METHOD
  1. Wrap mozzarella cube into the speck and then into the zucchini.
  2. Dip into the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
