Stuffed eggplants: they will ready in few minutes!

A perfect recipe for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggplants
500 g ground beef
400g tomato sauce
120 g tomato pasta
Garlic
1 onion
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
mozzarella
5 tomato slices
 
METHOD
  1. Press all eggplants with a rolling pin. In the pan fry onion with garlic, add ground beef, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spices.
  2. Transfer the eggplants to the baking pan, make incisions and fill them with cooked ground beef. Top with shredded cheese and tomato slices.
  3. Bake at 200’C (400’F) for 1 hour.
