Cookie pie: greedy and irresistible!

Every bite will be heaven!

INGREDIENTS
400 g (3 ¼ cup) all-purpose flour;
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder;
150 g (¾ cup) sugar;
150 g (⅔ cup) butter, cubbed;
2 eggs;
1 tsp vanilla extract;
400 g (1 cup) hazelnut cream;
150 g (1 cup) chocolate chips.
METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder and chocolate chips until cookie dough forms.
  3. Spread ⅔ of the cookie dough on the bottom of a round parchment-covered baking pan.
  4. Pour hazelnut cream and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top with more cookie dough.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes and let cool down before slicing.
