Meat and bread omelette: the simple recipe with a unique taste!

Just pour the egg over the egg and let's make a tasty disk in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
1 bread
150 ml (2/3 cup) milk (to soak bread)
350 g (12 oz) minced beef
4 eggs
75 ml (1/3 cup) milk (for eggs)
120 g (1/2 cup) mozzarella, shredded
10 g (2 tsp) butter (to grease a pan)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

METHOD
  1. Season minced beef with salt and pepper and mix, set aside.
  2. In a bowl whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
  3. Grease oven-safe skillet or pan with butter.
  4. Slice a bread. Pour 150 ml of milk into a bowl and dip each bread slice in it.
  5. Arrange soaked bread slices at the bottom of the pan and top each slice with a spoon of seasoned meat.
  6. Pour beaten eggs into the pan.
  7. Bake at the preheated to 180C/360F oven for 35-40 minutes.
  8. When the time is up and eggs are set, take the omelette out of the oven and sprinkle it with shredded mozzarella.
  9. Return the pan back to the oven for 5 minutes more.
  10. When the cheese is melted, divide between plates and enjoy.
