Cottage cheese pancakes: the delightful dessert with chocolate heart!

Perfect for a delicious breakfast! 
 
INGREDIENTS
For pancakes:
400g (1 1/2 cup) cottage cheese
1 egg
30 g (2 tbsp) sugar
5 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
50 g (1/4 cup) semolina
Dark chocolate
10 ml (2 tsp) vegetable oil (for greasing)
Flour (for coating)
 
For decorating:
Powdered sugar
Strawberries

METHOD
  1. Rub cottage cheese through a sieve and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and mix until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture onto a floured plate, forming small balls and sprinkle them with some flour.
  4. Coat each cheese ball in flour, and press a piece of chocolate inside. Hide the hole from chocolate with some extra cheese mixture.
  5. Using a knife form approximately 1-1,5 cm thick pancakes and sprinkle some more flour on top.
  6. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Working in batches, fry pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
  7. Serve on a plate decorated with powdered sugar and some strawberries.
