Eggs with potato and bacon in a pan: the super fast and super tasty recipe!

A tasty recipe for a delicious dinner ready in no time!

INGREDIENTS

150g bacon

6 medium potatoes

1 white onion

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

4 eggs

100g cheese

METHOD

Cut the bacon into small strips, fry in a pan and set aside
Cut the onion and potatoes into small cubes. Fry the onion first and add the potato and fry for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Make the four circles and place four eggs inside and fry for about 8-10 minutes.
Add the bacon and stringy cheese on top.
