Eggplants and potato rolls: the tasty meal to try right now

Ingredients:
Eggplant 2
Olive oil
Origan
salt
Potatoes 350 gr
Spring onions
Cheese 100 gr
black pepper
Smoked Bacon 250 gr
Bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Cut the aubergines into slices and season them with a mix of oil, oregano and salt.
2. Bake at 400°F/200 ° for 15 minutes.
3. Cut the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
4. Mash the potatoes and mix them with cheese, spring onions and pepper.
5. Form the rolls and bake at 356°F/180 degrees for 15 minutes.
