Vortex brioche: how to make them fluffy and delicious!

Super fluffy and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg white
1 egg yolk
120ml (1/2 cup) oil
10 g baking powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp yogurt
400g (3 1/4 cup) white flour
Cream cheese
Ham
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, oil, egg white, yogurt and spices.
- Add in flour and baking powder. Make brioches by using the fork.
- Spread them with a yolk. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 30 minutes.
