Ladyfingers roll with mascarpone and coconut: the fresh and delightful dessert!

A delicious dessert ready in no time!
INGREDIENTS

200g ladyfingers
Milk
300ml (1.25 cup) whipped cream
300g (1.2 cup) mascarpone cheese
70g (0.5 cup) powdered sugar
100g (0.9 cup) coconut flour
For the decoration:
Melted hazelnut cream
Coconut grains
METHOD
- Dip the biscuits in milk and arrange them on baking paper in 3 rows of 9 biscuits.
- Whip the whipped cream, add powdered sugar, mascarpone cheese and coconut flour.
- Spread the cream over the biscuits and roll.
- Leave in the fridge for 5 hours.
- Sprinkle the melted hazelnut cream over the bueno roll and sprinkle with the coconut sprinkles.
