Chicken and eggplants casserole: the tasty and quick meal

Ingredients:
350 gr chicken breast
Salt
Black pepper
Ham
400 gr eggplants
1 egg
4 garlic cloves
1 tomato
100 gr mozzarella
Directions:
1. Spread the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper and fill it with ham.
2. Cut the eggplants and place them in a bowl with water and salt.
3. Beat the egg with pepper and garlic.
4. Put the eggplants into the mixture and assemblate the casserole.
5. Bake at 400°F/200° for 40 minutes.
