No bake creamy log with banana: how to prepare this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
1 yolk
150 gr sugar
200 gr flour
2 and 1/2 glasses of milk
1 sachet of vanillin
1 banana
savoiardi biscuits
Milk for baths

Directions:
1. Put the egg yolk in a saucepan and add sugar, flour and milk.
2. Let it thicken and add the vanillin.
3. Let the cream cool completely.
4. Assemble the semifreddo dipping the ladyfingers in milk.
5. Then leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
