Batter meatballs: the original way to make them

Ingredients:
minced meat - 800 g
onion - 100
salt - 1 tsp.
spices - 1 tsp.
cold water - 75 ml.
3-5 eggs
milk 50-100 ml
salt
flour - 1 cup
bay leaf

bay leaf
Directions:
1. Mix the meat with onion, salt, spices and cold water.
2. Make the meatballs.
3. Beat the eggs with milk, salt and flour.
4. Pour the mixture on the meatballs.
5. Cook the meatballs into hot water.
