Strawberry cups: the dessert to be enjoyed in a few simple steps!

How to make a delicious dessert with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (⅔ cup+1 tbsp) milk;
1 tsp vanilla sugar;
3 egg yolks;
60g (¼ cup) sugar;
20g (2 ½ tbsp) cornstarch;
15g (1 tbsp) butter;
120ml (½ cup) cream, whisked;
150ml (½ cup+2 tbsp) cream, whisked;
Strawberries and mint for decor;
Sponge cake cut into circles.
METHOD
  1. Heat up milk.
  2. Whisk egg yolks with vanilla, cornstarch and sugar. Pour hot milk in gradually, while constantly whisking.
  3. Move the mixture back on medium-low heat, then whisk until smooth and thick cream forms (5-7 minutes).
  4. Chill the cream in the fridge, then whisk with 120ml cream and transfer into a piping bag.
  5. Place 1 circle of cake on the bottom, top with cream and strawberries and repeat.
  6. Finish the dessert with whipped cream, mint and berries.
