Chocolate and coconut squares: the tasty recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
Butter 150 g
Sugar 150 g
Eggs 4
A pinch of salt
Flour 160 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Yeast for cakes 15 g
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Coconut cream:
Starch 4 tbsp
Milk 800 ml
Sugar 150 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Butter 150g
Coconut flour 300 g
Topping:
Hot milk 50 ml
Milk chocolate 100 g
Directions:
1. Sponge cake: mix the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs. Mix all the dry ingredients and add them to the rest.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-30 minutes.
2. Filling: in a saucepan mix the milk with starch, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Let it thicken and then add the coconut flour.
3. Topping: Melt the chocolate in the milk.
4. Assemble the cake and leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
