Sponge stuffed rolls: the delicious dessert to try right now

Ingredients:
30 gr sunflower oil
20 gr cocoa
30 gr sugar
20 ml of water
3 eggs
30 gr flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar
60 gr icing sugar
Directions:
1. Mix oil and cocoa well, then add sugar and water.
2. Add the egg yolks, flour and vanilla sugar.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff with the icing sugar.
4. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F/200° or 12 minutes.
6. Then fill the roll with whipped cream and fruit (or whatever you like best).
7. Wrap the roll and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
