Crème caramel cake: the delicious and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
Butter 100 g
Flour 120 g
1 liter milk
Sugar 180 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Corn starch 1 tbsp
water
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add the flour and milk.
2. Let it thicken and add 90 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar.
3. Pour the mixture into a pan, let it cool.
4. Dissolve the starch in a little water, then add to the caramelized sugar.
5. Pour over the cream and refrigerate for 2 hours.
