Onion bread: the surprising side dish to prepare in no time!

The whole family will love this recipe: super easy and tasty!
INGREDIENTS
1kg (8 cups) flour
600ml (2 2/5 cups) water
8g (2 tsp) salt
1kg (2 pounds) onion
4g (1 tsp) pepper
250g (1 cup) melted butter

METHOD
- Dissolve salt in water. Pour over flour and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes, then divide it into 7 parts. Leave for another 10 minutes.
- Dip the dough balls in the melted butter.
- Cut the onion and add salt and pepper.
- Spread the dough balls and sprinkle with onions. Roll out the dough and arrange it in a baking tray and coat with butter.
- Bake at 400°F/200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve.
