Fluffy bread: for a fluffy and fragrant break!

Fluffy, easy to make, and perfect for a sweet snack!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
20g (2 tbsp) honey
20g (2 tbsp) condensed milk
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
400g (3 ¼ cup) flour
40g (2 tbsp) butter
Chocolate chips
 
1 egg yolk
10 ml (1 tbsp) milk
 
METHOD
  1. Whisk the egg in a mixing bowl. Add milk, honey, condensed milk and mix well. Add yeast and mix. Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.
  2. Leave to rest for 10 minutes, then add the butter. Knead the dough well. Leave the dough to rest for 2 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then cut strips into the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then roll the dough.
  5. Leave it to rest for 1 hour, then coat it with beaten egg and milk.
  6. Bake at 340°F/170°C for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
