Strawberry muffins: the sweet and fragrant dessert to try now!

How to make perfect strawberry muffins that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
For the mixture:
2 eggs
120g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) of sugar
8g (1 3/4 teaspoons) of vanilla
120ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
250g (1 cup) vanilla yogurt
320g (2 cups + 2 tbsp) flour
16g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder
 
Strawberries
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt and whisk again.
  2. In a separate bowl add the flour and baking powder and mix them together.
  3. Put the strainer over the bowl with the egg mixture and sift the flour into the egg mixture, and mix all together well.
  4. In a pan add the muffin baskets and add one strawberry on each basket.
  5. Pour the mixture to the top and bake at 356°F – 180°C.
  6. Decorate with the powdered sugar on top.
