Ricotta balls with tomato sauce: you must try this vegetarian recipe!

Creamy and flavorful, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
350g (1 ½ cup) ricotta
60g (½ cup) pecorino
60g (½ cup) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
1 clove of garlic
250g (1 cup) bread cubes
2 eggs
750ml (3 cups) tomato sauce
Parsley
Fresh basil
METHOD
- Blend the bread cubes.
- Beat two eggs. Add bread, ricotta, parmesan, pecorino cheese, garlic, scrambled eggs, parsley, pepper and salt to the mixing bowl.
- Make a compact mass and make balls out of it.
- Cook the balls in the tomato sauce. Serve with fresh basil.
