Colorful pudding: the dessert to serve on any occasion!

Perfect breakfast, snack or dessert.

INGREDIENTS
White cream:
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
100g (1/2 cup) Sugar
20g (2 tbsp) Flour
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) cornstarch
8g vanilla sugar
20g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) butter

Dark cream:
400ml (1 3/4 cup) Milk
20g (2 tbsp) Flour
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) cornstarch
7g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder
20g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) butter
 
For decoration:
Coconut flour

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the milk, sugar, flour, corn starch, vanilla sugar and mix all together.
  2. In another bowl add the milk, flour, corn starch, cocoa and mix all together.
  3. Transfer the mixtures to the separate pots and stir until the mixture is thick. Add the butter to the white and dark cream.
  4. Transfer the white cream to the cups creating the layers of the white-dark-white-dark-white layers.
  5. Cover the cups with the foil and leave them in the fridge for 60 minutes.
  6. Remove the pudding from the cups and cover them with coconut flour.
