Whole wheat mini calzoni: the delicious light alternative

Ingredients:
140 gr wholemeal flour
115 gr flour 00
1 egg
3 tablespoons of butter
125 ml milk
1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 tablespoon of dry yeast
Mozzarella and salami to fill
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the two flour.
2. Then add the egg, butter, milk, salt and sugar.
3. Mix well and add the yeast. Let it rest for 60-90 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 6 balls, roll them out and stuff them.
5. Let it rest for 30 minutes and bake at 400°F(200°) for 20 minutes.
