Sweet focaccia: delicious and very soft!

You only need a glass to make an incredible dessert!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (4/5 cup) milk;
2 eggs;
a pinch of salt;
45g (3 tbsp) sugar;
5g (1 tsp) vanillin;
7g (1 ½ tsp) dry yeast;
120g (½ cup) melted butter;
500g (3 4/5 cups) flour;

Custard cream;
Strawberries.

METHOD
  1. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs, yeast, butter and flour to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased baking tin. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Make holes in the dough with glass and fill them with cream. Coat with egg yolk.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and powdered sugar. Serve.
