No bake strawberry dessert: fresh and delicate!

This amazing dessert will surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) limoncello;
24 ladyfingers;
400g strawberries;
200ml (4/5 cup) whipping cream;
250g (1 cup) ricotta;
75g (5 tbsp) sugar;

METHOD
  1. Chop the strawberries. Whisk whipping cream, ricotta and sugar.
  2. Dip the biscuits in limoncello and arrange them in the mold.
  3. Cover the biscuits with cream and then arrange the strawberries. Repeat the process and finally arrange the final layer of biscuits.
  4. Leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve.
