Fluffy buns with chocolate chips: the delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
100ml milk
50ml cream
70g sugar
Vanilla extract
3g salt
1 egg
1 yolk
12g brewer's yeast
130g all purpose flour
250g Manitoba flour
70g chocolate chips
70g melted butter
Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then add honey, cream, eggs and vanilla extract.
2. In another bowl, mix the powders and then add the mixture with the milk.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and add the melted butter and the chocolate chips.
4. Let it rise for 2 hours, then divide it into 10 portions of 70 gr.
5. Shape into balls, brush with milk and leave to rest for 1 hour.
6. Bake at 320°F/160° for 25 minutes.
