Turkish bread: easy and so delicious!

Want to know how to make Turkish Bread? Look no further than this quick, easy and delicious authentic Turkish bread recipe. 

INGREDIENTS
 240 ml (1 cup) warm milk;
 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil;
 15 g (1 tbsp) sugar;
 1 egg white;
 1 tsp salt;
 400 g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
 17 g (2 tbsp) fresh yeast;
 3 egg yolks;
 Sesame seeds.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk sugar and yeast in warm milk. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2.  Combine flour with salt, pour in the yeast solution and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  3.  Roll the dough into a ball, set it aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut the dough into thirds, flatten each out into a circle and set aside for 30 minutes.
  5.  Add egg yolk on top of each bread and make some indents on the surface, spreading the yolks all over the flatbread. Sprinkle with sesame.
  6.  Bake at 190C/375F for 30-35 minutes.
