Mascarpone and lemon cream: the delicious recipe ready in no time

Ingredients:
250 gr. of mascarpone
100 gr. of powdered sugar
zest and juice of 1 large lemon
125 ml. of fresh cream
Directions:
1. Whip the cream.
2. Then whip the mascarpone with the icing sugar.
3. Add the lemon juice and zest.
4. Add the cream and mix well until you have a uniform cream.
