Rose pastry fritters: really easy to prepare!

The incredible method to make a delicious treat in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour;
60g (¼ cup) butter, melted;
100ml (⅓ cup+2 tbsp) water;
Cornstarch.
METHOD
- Combine water, melted butter and flour to form a smooth dough.
- Set the dough aside for 20 minutes then roll into a thin rectangle and dust with cornstarch generously.
- Fold as shown on the video and repeat once more.
- Set the dough aside for 20 minutes then roll out thinly and cut into circles.
- Fold each circle and pinch with a clothing pin. Fry, dipping in hot oil, until the dough ‘blooms’, then remove the toothpick and cook until golden.
