Meat stuffed baskets: the mouthwatering and easy dish

Ingredients:
1 onion
900 gr minced meat
2 eggs
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
300 gr mushrooms
Oil
100 gr cheese
Directions:
1. Chop half an onion and add it to the minced meat.
2. Then add eggs, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
3. In a pan, fry the other half of the onion and then add the mushrooms.
4. Form the baskets, stuff them and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
5. Then add the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
