How to make 1 minute chips with parmesan rinds!

Stop throwing away those hard, inedible rinds from hard cheeses like Parmesan or Parmigiano-Reggiano. Just chop them up and turn them into light, airy cheese crisps. 
 
They are great for snacking on and make a tasty and crunchy addition to Caesar salad.
 
METHOD
1. Clean the rinds. Cut into cubes and place them on a plate.
2. Microwave on hight for 60 seconds. The ucbes will melt and then puff up.
