Stuffed focaccia: cheesy and mouth watering!

You only need a glass to make a cheesy focaccia that will surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
 200ml (⅔ cup) warm milk;
 ½ tsp salt;
 1 tsp sugar;
 10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast;
 30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
 400g (3 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour;
 500g (1 pound) potatoes, peeled, chopped, boiled;
 30ml (2 tbsp) milk;
 90g (1 cup) cheese, shredded;
 Salt and pepper.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk warm milk with sugar, oil and crumbled yeast. Combine salt with flour and mix both components together.
  2.  Knead the dough until smooth, cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  3.  Mash potatoes with milk, salt and pepper. Mix in cheese.
  4.  Roll out the dough into a disk, place a ball of potato filling in the middle, then carefully gather and pinch the edges of the dough together at the top of the filling.
  5.  Flip the ball seam-side down and carefully press to form a disk. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  6.  Decorate the disk, pressing wine glass on the surface, as shown in the video.
  7.  Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame and bake at 180C/350F for 25 minutes.
