Sausage bread: the homemade street food recipe

Ingredients:
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1½ tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 large egg + to apply before baking
3 tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup corn kernel+2 tbsp mayonnaise+1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup mozzarella cheese (fresh or grated)
Sausages
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix together flour, warm milk and yeast.
2. Then add sugar, salt and beaten egg.
3. Finally add the butter and make a dough.
4. Cover the dough for 60-90 minutes.
5. Mix the corn with mayo and parsley. Then add the mozzarella cheese.
6. Make your sausage breads and cover them for 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
