Cabbage rolls with eggs: for a quick and delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Cabbage
Tomato
3 eggs
45g (3 tbsp) flour
4g (1 tsp) salt
Butter
Ham
Cheese

METHOD
  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and salt and add flour. Mix.
  2. Dip cabbage leaves in the mixture. Fry on butter.
  3. Arrange the ham, cheese and tomato on a cabbage leaf and make a roll.
  4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve.
