Creamy orange cake: soft and fragrant!

How to make a delicious orange creamy cake without flour!
INGREDIENTS

500g (2 cup) ricotta cheese
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
1 egg
orange zest
2 oranges
50g (ΒΌ cup) corn starch
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, sugar and egg. Add orange zest and two mixed oranges. Mix. Add the starch and whisk.
- Pour into a baking tin sprinkled with cornflour.
- Bake at 360Β°F / 180Β°C for 60 minutes. Cool.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
