Cabbage rolls: the dish that will make everyone happy!

A delicious idea for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
4 cabbage leaves
500g (1,1 lb) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
1/2 tomato, diced
110g (1/2 cup) tomato puree
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
2g (1 tsp) curry powder
3g (1 tsp) paprika
3g (1 tsp) black pepper
6g (1 tsp) salt
Shredded mozzarella

METHOD
  1.  Heat olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes or until no pinker.
  2.  Add chopped onion and garlic, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in diced tomato, pour in tomato puree and mix to combine. Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes more.
  3.  Take the cabbage leaves and cut off the thick part of the stem. Place 2-3 spoonfuls of the prepared meat mixture on each cabbage leaf, roll the leaves up and place in a baking dish.
  4.  Sprinkle cabbage rolls with shredded mozzarella, transfer to the preheated oven and bake at 180C/360F for 25 minutes.
