Homemade churros: how to make them perfect and fluffy

Ingredients:
CHURROS:
150ml water
25g sugar
1 pinch of salt
50g butter
110g '00' flour
2 eggs (one at a time)
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
60g dark chocolate
20g sugar
120ml milk
4g corn starch
10ml water
Directions:
1. Heat water, sugar and salt.
2. Then add the butter and flour.
3. Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the eggs.
4. Transfer the dough to the pastry bag and fry the churros.
5. Sauce: Dissolve the chocolate in milk and sugar, then add the starch dissolved in water.
