Potato cheese flatbread: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
375g (1 cup) all-purpose flour, separate.
250ml (1 cup) hot boiling water
1 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp salt
3 tbsp oil + for the bowl.
7g (2¼ tsp) instant dry yeast
2 large potatoes, boiled & mashed.
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cooked chicken, salt, pepper, chili, to taste.
Salt & pepper to taste.
1 tsp garlic powder/granules +1 tsp parsley
Egg yolk + parsley to apply to the dough
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix 125 grams of flour and boiling water.
2. Then add sugar, salt and oil.
3. Then add the remaining flour and dry yeast.
4. Knead the dough and let it rest for 60 minutes.
5. Then mash the boiled potatoes and add the chicken, mozzarella and parsley.
6. Divide the dough into 4 parts, stuff and roll out. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
7. Brush an egg yolk and add the cheese and parsley.
8. Bake at 400°F/200 ° for 20 minutes.
