Pineapple bread: fluffy and very easy to prepare!

This cake is so moist and delicious! You only need 4 ingredients to make it!

INGREDIENTS
500g (1 can) pineapple
300g (2 cups) flour
17g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder
160g (1/2 cup + 1/3 cup) sugar
 
For decoration
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix the pineapple with an immersion blender.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, sugar and mix all together until well combined.
  3. Bake in the oven for 170° 40 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
