Orange pound cake: the fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
530 gr flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
530 gr orange juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon of baking soda
300 gr sugar
170 gr sunflower oil
Zest of 1 orange
Icing:
120 gr icing sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder.
2. Mix the orange juice with vinegar, baking soda and sugar.
3. Also add oil and orange zest.
4. Then add the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Icing: prepare it by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice.
